About elyos.ai
We founded Elyos in June 2023 and took part in the Y Combinator S23 Batch. After living in San Francisco for 4 months and raising a $3m seed round, we’ve been growing revenue 50% month-on-month and expanding the team rapidly. It’s been wild so far!

This is a major leadership role - working directly with the Founders to design world-class hiring processes, build a high-performance culture, and ensure every new team member ramps successfully.

You’ll own everything from tech recruiting to onboarding to performance management. You’ll shape what it feels like to work at Elyos.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

• Own end to end hiring for engineering, GTM and operations

• Build and run high quality and high velocity recruiting engine

• Create sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent globally

• Deliver a world class candidate experience, representing Elyos AI with clarity and energy

• Build an amazing employer brand for Elyos

Performance, Culture & Development

• Build lightweight but powerful performance management frameworks

• Shape culture during a period of hyper-growth

• Partner with Founders to define career paths to build the most talent-dense team

Onboarding & Employee Experience

• Design and deliver seamless onboarding

• Get new joiners productive, fast

Who you are

• 4+ years in tech recruiting and talent acquisition

• Experience hiring engineers and technical roles in high-growth start-ups

• Strong understanding of performance management and people management

• Excellent communicator and high EQ

• Able to thrive in fast paced environment where you build as you go

• Excited about AI and to work with an amazing team
