We’re building the next generation of customer service with AI Agents. Our AI Agents answer calls, send emails, manage customer accounts, and book jobs. We are taking over call centres - starting with field services—and expanding fast across the UK, USA and EU.

We founded Elyos in June 2023 and took part in the Y Combinator S23 Batch. We lived in San Francisco for 4 months, eating and breathing all things AI. At the end of the programme we raised a $3m seed round, and we've been growing revenue 30% month-on-month ever since.

As our Founding GTM Lead, you’ll have a direct impact on our growth trajectory - owning strategic customer acquisition and implementation across new markets. You’ll work closely with the Founder to shape how Elyos enters, wins, and scales in new regions.
This is a hybrid role blending Strategic Enterprise AE (sales), new market launcher, and GTM implementation manager. You’ll define market entry strategies, close deals, work with customer operations to ensure successful go-lives, and feed learnings straight back into product and GTM.
You’ll be the tip of the spear for our expansion.

Key Responsibilities
New Market GTM & Sales
Own end-to-end sales cycles for new Enterprise UK customers and other markets
Run outbound and inbound motions to build a high-quality early pipeline
Conduct high-impact discovery and demos with our customers
Work alongside the Founder to build market-entry strategy and refine our value prop
Customer Launches
Lead sales through to contract to go-live understanding critical client requirements
Ensure high-quality set-up, testing, and early usage
Work closely with operational and product teams on customer needs and feed insights into product strategy
GTM Leadership
Build repeatable GTM playbooks for new geographies
Influence product roadmap based on market signals
Work with external partners on social and marketing campaigns to generate demand as we scale
Experience
2–4 years in consulting, strategic AE, solutions consulting, or business development roles
Proven track record closing deals and managing customer rollouts
Strong communicator able to explain technical concepts to operational audiences
Process-oriented, organised, and comfortable owning multiple accounts
Excited to work in a fast-paced startup where you build as you go
Creative problem-solver who can adapt quickly in new markets
Addition European languages beneficial: Spanish, French or German
